Customer Connection Request with SCB (Adding the app)

Customer can connect to zoom cloud connector for SCB by requesting a connection to a SCB. A user within the customer tenant with Admin Privileges to the account must perform this. To add a SCB as a PSTN provider to their account they will go in Provider Exchange menu under “Phone System Management” find and select SCB.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After clicking on “connect” zoom cloud connector for SCB registration will open in browser. Customer will enter the required fields and click on REGISTER.

An email will be send to customer and SCB support team so that registration approval process will proceed. After the approval of registration, login credentials will be send to customer.

Uninstall/Remove an app from zoom App market place.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Advancedthen App Marketplace.
  3. On the top right of the page, click Manage.

  4. On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.


  5. Identify the app to be removed then, click Remove.



  6. In the Remove apppop-up window, choose your reason, then click Remove.

Post approval of registration

Customer will enter the login credentials and login into the portal. After successful login, they can do the following things.

  • Phone Number Publishing / Un-Publishing.
  • Manage Orders
  • Profile

Zoom Authentication & Connectivity

For peering, the numbers customer will click on “connect” customer redirected on zoom application for authentication and after successful login customer will returned back to our portal again.

Phone Number Publishing / Un-Publishing

After login, the customer(s) can see the numbers associated to them. Customers will selected the numbers and click on publish button.

Manage Orders

Customer can create and manage their orders for requesting the numbers at any location. After login into the SCB zoom portal, customer can click on the orders in the menu click on new order. Popup will open customer then can select the country, enter city name, quantity and remarks.

After clicking on place order, order listed in the list and an intimation send to SCB support.

Manage Profile

Customers can maintain their profiles in the profile section. They can change the password and change their profile info from profile section.
